Connect your library

Choose Connect Plex on the TV, then use the QR code or enter the displayed code at plex.tv/link on another device. MiLo does not ask for or store your Plex password. The Play edition needs a secure HTTPS connection to your Plex server. Check that secure connections are enabled in your server settings.

Library and playback

MiLo does not supply commercial films or series. You need access to your own or an authorised shared Plex library. Codec, hardware, server conversion and Plex account requirements vary. OpenSubtitles search is optional and subject to its service quotas; MiLo does not provide unlimited downloads.

Remove local data

You can remove individual viewing-history records, clear history and delete personal collections in MiLo. Android TV Settings → Apps → MiLo → Clear storage, or uninstalling the app, removes MiLo's on-device data. Signing out disconnects Plex but does not erase every local list or the accounts held by Plex and OpenSubtitles. Account deletion requests for those services must be made with the relevant provider.

Report a problem

Send the MiLo version, TV model, Android version and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, API keys, account tokens, private server URLs or private-library screenshots.
